1. Entry & Admission
Entry to EXIL events is at the discretion of door staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation. All guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification.
2. Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers may be invalid. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
3. Behavior & Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, or violent behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Management reserves the right to eject anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.
4. Photography & Recording
Whether photography is allowed depends on the event. Check that event's house rules. When it is off, it is off — no phones on the floor. Official recaps may still be shot by the crew.
5. Personal Belongings
EXIL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend using our coat check facilities.
6. Health & Safety
Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations. In case of emergency, follow staff instructions. First aid is available on-site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EXIL or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
